  • When and where did your passion for music begin?
Rohit:- I developed an interest in music at a young age, around 13 or 14 years old. I began by creating makeshift instruments using cardboard and rubber bands to mimic musical sounds. Eventually, my father gifted me a harmonica, also known as a mouth organ, which marked the official start of my musical journey in 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, I was deeply involved in choreography and dance, which I believe laid a strong foundation for my musical pursuits.  During this journey, I met my good friend and  acquaintance Mr. Siddhesh Shinde, with whom I collaborated extensively. Together, we founded a music label called HYPESTER8 and created our first song, "Yeh Raasta," accompanied by an amazing music video. This success was followed by other compositions like "Suhani Shaamein" and "Raja Rani," all of which were composed by me. Currently, we are working on a new project set to be released on 30th March 2024.
  • Who do you admire the most as an artist nationally and internationally as well?
Rohit:- Nationally my forever favourite is evergreen era's Kishore Kumar Da and internationally I have forever admired Michael Jackson.
  • What is the best advice you have ever received?
Rohit:- The best advice I received was from my father, who told me, "People aren't always good, but their work can be. You may not always recognize your own worth, but others will recognize you for your work. So, prioritize your actions and efforts, as the work itself is what truly matters."
  • Which instrument do you enjoy playing the most, and what makes it your favorite?
Rohit:- My favorite instrument to play is the harmonica. I don't have a specific reason, but I simply love playing it. However, I don't play it often because it's challenging. One reason I like it is because it's a wind and mouth instrument.
  • What's the best part of being a musician for you?
Rohit:- For me, being a musician is the greatest part in itself. It allows me to create magic through music.
  • Which artist would you most like to collaborate with in your lifetime, nationally and internationally as well?
Rohit:- This would be my the most favourite question! Nationally I really want to collaborate with Arijit Singh sir and Armaan Malik sir. Internationally, I just dream about collaborating with Coldplay and of course Passenger.
  • Do you have any hobbies or interests apart from music?
Rohit:- Apart from music, I am deeply passionate about choreography, dancing, photography, exploring various things, places, and experiences. I also love traveling to discover new music, cultures, artists, and art forms.
  • Describe your least favorite aspects of being a musician.
Rohit:- There's nothing. I love everything about it.
  • Could you share some insights about your latest upcoming song 'MUSAFIR'?
Rohit:- Yes, we recorded this song a year ago, but we waited to release it until we had the video ready. We were undecided about whether to release it with just a poster or with a music video. Personally, I was more inclined towards releasing it with a music video, and recently, I collaborated with Mr. Prasanna, an adventurer, traveler, vlogger, and aspiring filmmaker. Together, we created an amazing music video that resembles a travel blog, perfectly complementing the theme of the song. I hope you all will enjoy it and show us some love.
  • A message for your audience and future fans?
Rohit:- Absolutely! I'm always seeking inspiration from my audience to create more music, and I love experimenting with different styles and sounds. I ask for your support and love so I can continue to inspire and create more great music for everyone to enjoy.

  • And last but not least, what inspires you the most?
Rohit:- My own journey and determination.
